Check-in isn't working?

Check In opens on show night — from 3 hours before showtime until 6 hours after — and needs you to actually be at the venue (that's what makes the stamp real). Make sure location access is allowed "while using the app."

Notifications

Toggle them on the Your Pass screen, or in your phone's notification settings. We keep it to the good stuff: new shows, show-week reminders, and fresh photos in The Vault.

Change the name on your pass

Your Pass → Edit Profile. Roll the dice if you need a fresh '80s identity.

Delete your account

Your Pass → Delete Account permanently removes your account, RSVPs, and stamps — no phone call, no hold music. Or email us and we'll do it for you.

Book the band

Use the Book tab in the app, or hit us through TNCBand.com.
